Dear Esma,I was able to come to only two of the Intro to Islam sessions in Pasadena, as I live in Woodland Hills and the drive along with other ceiomtmmnts made it impossible to attend all of them. I really appreciated the classes I went to and the spirit in which you taught. I loved the format of first addressing media stories, then prayer and dinner, then movie, then small groups. I have been able to share even the little I've learned to the utmost with friends, family and church members. Plus the internet links you have on the website are most useful and I've shared those as well. I'm preparing an upcoming talk on The Rise of Womanhood and Motherhood and its importance in the World . You will be one of my real life examples of a woman who is acting to bring forth understanding, compassion and build bridges to tolerance, inclusion, and ultimately peace!
